How much should closing costs be for refinancing a mortgage? - no cost refinancing home mortgage
I have more than 142,000 in my house. I have a budget for the refinancing and closing costs are around 6000! This is similar to what your final cost when the initial purchase of my house. Should this be difficult to refinance your mortgage? (There is no problem with our credit, just a normal refinance at more favorable terms)
