Biscuspid Aortic Valve Smoking Bicuspid Aortic Valve...?

Bicuspid Aortic Valve...? - biscuspid aortic valve smoking

I was with a VSD and bicuspid aortic valve and my doctor began with surgical diagnoses. I learned that the only reason I have not surgery is that it is stable enough to wait until the technology improves, so I was not left with large scars. I wondered what would have this surgery, and if someone already. I am 19 years and the kind of concern about this ...

VSD or ventricular septal defect is a congenital disorder caused by the rupture of the fuse with the bulbar septum back of the atrial septum during embryogenesis. Some are very good from the VIC only a small amount of blood is pushed from LV to RV, but the majority will continue to be diverted to the aorta. Stenosis of the aortic valve, which I is what do you think is connected, usually a disease of adults with rheumatic fever, hypertension, mechanical damage or death from myocardial infarction. Aortic stenosis is a little disturbing, because it can reduce the production of your heart, acting as a barrier that can over time cause left ventricular hypertrophy, a disease with a multitude of other problems. New trends of VSD repair with the minimally invasive surgery with percutaneous or esophageally inserted into the femoral artery, very little scarring and shorter recovery time. Repair of aortic valve can also be done this way in the future, but if the aortic valve is still recognizable, there is no need for a replacement at this time because it would require a donor and open heart surgery.

My daughter was diagnosed with the same thing when I was 10 days. It was a miracle they did not need medication or surgery. She met with the cardiologist 1 time per year. I was told that if they remain as stable as it is that no surgery is necessary. Perhaps, if his condition remains stable as it is today, it will never need surgery. I know when the repair of a VSD, that they are "open-heart surgery" and put a bandage over the hole in your heart. Sometimes these plates and not surgery with 2 or 3 times and is current. I know that the bicuspid aortic valve abnormality is inherited and still further reducing him his 30's and 40's.

Most patients with bicuspid aortic valve, the valve is dysfunctional will be carefully monitored and possibly a valve replacement in the third or fourth decade of life.

Patients with bicuspid aortic valve was observed by a cardiologist or cardiac surgeon with special interest in the pathology of the valve.

The average life expectancy is similar WithoTU Anomaly.

In many cases, leads to the condition, no problems. However, calcified, especially in later life, a bicuspid aortic valve of May was, the varying degree of severity of aortic stenosis and aortic insufficiency, manifest as a result of the noise. If they are severely in need of heart surgery.

Hope this helps and good luck with everything.

I had this surgery, it is almost 3 years ... and 2 of my children also have a VAB (bicuspid aortic valve). Nead not worry about the scar ... mine is gone a lot and it is virtually invisible when you are in the vicinity. They are robotic surgery in some places.

I got my BFA replaced with a mechanical valve. I also had my ascending aorta replaced with a Dacron graft, as I had an aneurysm. A fairly quickly from this operation can be huge, and not normal things again usually 4-6 weeks.

Here is the official web site of the BFA, where you learn everything you need to know, and probably some things that do not even think ...
